The apartments look really nice. And the people there are very cool. I frequent an establishment (F45) nearby every day and notice it. Everyone coming and going has been amazing. The location is okay. Estrella Parkway is turning into a big traffic mess.

The Serafina staff was so helpful, welcoming, and attentive to all of the questions I had prior to and during move in! I am so happy I chose this complex!

I only visited here, but it's an absolutely beautiful place. Bedrooms are a good size with very spacious closets. Super nice open kitchen/ living area! HUGE balconies/ patios! Gorgeous pool with a beachside type clubhouse- very cool! Great outdoor kitchen! I can't comment on administration but it's definitely worth a look!

The best customer service with an apartment complex I've ever had, Siria Valenzuela had me toured and moving in within like 3 hours, it's a beautiful, clean property, close enough to be 10 minutes away from anything you could ever need and far enough away from the city that privacy actually feels real, incredible experience here
