We were looking for a place to live all around Phoenix, until we found Serafina! We went inside to get information, we found great costumer service from Deriyana, she walked us trough all the information and answered all of our questions, we felt comfortable and we think that we already found the place we want to live in. Thank you again Deriyana!

5 star all the way for the team at Serafina Apartments! Kirsten and the girls are so lovely in the office. Always smiling ready to help! Jose and his team of gentlemen who handle all the maintenance and grounds keeping are just as pleasant! I now look forward to Mondays cause everyone is always in a good mood around here. So glad my husband and I chose Serafina Apartments to live in!

Valerie is absolutely amazing! The whole process was painless and very easy. The apartments are in a safe, quiet location and I'd highly recommend living here!

José from maintenance For the excellent service he provided in completing my most recent work order. His attention to detail is truly appreciated. The work was completed promptly, Minimizing any disruption. I am very satisfied with the work. Valerie’s proactive approach in managing maintenance request is highly appreciated. She ensured that Jose, the maintenance supervisor addressed my work orders Quickly and effectively. Leading to a seamless experience, and process.

I've been very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff, particularly Jose in maintenance. His quick turnaround time on work orders has been outstanding. The property itself is well-kept and inviting. I'm truly pleased with my experience here.

Move in went great. I’m so excited the area is quiet the property is well maintained and so many amenities.
