I have had more positive experiences then negative ones while living at the Serafina Apartments. When you go out of your way to help your neighbor you establish a good feeling. It's been 45 years since I've ever lived in an apartment complex. I try to stay to myself and not get involved. Lately, I had the need for help using the computer and found the manager and the office staff particularly Cara to be extremely helpful.

The new management company is trying very hard to make the complex much better! They have been working on the pool and landscape it looks so much better!! I have been very impressed!!

I have been here for more than 2 years and have seen a lot of people come and go. It's very quiet in my building with the exception of a few months last fall when the unit next door was rented to some very strange people. Maintenance is good here if you use them. Pest control service has improved 100% with the new contractor. Office staff comes and goes but current staff is professional and helpful. Personally my unit needs new energy efficient appliances, and a better cooling system. They are getting old and my electric bill is off the charts. I'd like to stay and negotiate a longer term lease with some upgrades but I have been told that the corporation doesn't allow that. Seems crazy to me since I have a great payment history! !!

It got to be the best place to live, I have here for over 3 years, the service is great, no noisy neighbor always clean just immaculate, and the price is right. The property is watched by mobile guards every night etc. Don’t hesitate just move in and experience above the cut A1 living, and believe I wouldn’t hang around for 3 years otherwise.

My husband and I moved here about six months ago and I can honestly say this is one of the best living experiences I've had in a long time. The staff is both friendly and accommodating when ever we need assistance and it's located in a great location.

I have lived at Serafina Apartments for 2 months now and it has been a very positive experience. This is my very first apartment and I couldn't be happier. The apartments look very nice, it is well kept, and I hardly ever hear any noise from the above and neighbor apartments. Upon moving in, my boyfriend and I bought a little puppy and as you can imagine, kennel training him was difficult. He was very loud and whining constantly. However, when walking outside the apartments I could only hear his whine faintly. This leads me to believe that the walls are very thick and are made of a material that keeps sound in. This is very assuring because I was stressed about getting yelled at for the puppy being so loud. Also, in regards to the front office ladies, they all seem to be very pleasant and I have never had any probelms with them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a very nice apartment complex.
