We've only been here a month, but so far our experience has been very good! The community is fantastic. We are very close to the freeway and have several shopping and food options nearby. We had a maintenance issue recently, and the crew responded to our request within 24 hours to help us out. It took a few days to resolve the issue, however, not only were the maintenance workers very polite, but the office staff took great care of us by making sure we were okay and followed up on our issue until it was resolved. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. The apartment we moved into was a lot nicer than the one we walked through before moving in (to be fair they were still cleaning/working on it). No issues with bugs of any kind yet (hopefully it stays that way). If you value privacy while exercising we've gone to the gym several times a week, and have had it to ourselves most of the time, only sharing with a few other people once or twice. The pool area is a solid 3/5 compared to other pools I've seen, but we've really enjoyed the grills and the hot tub. Come summer time I'm sure we'll appreciate the pool as well. I definitely recommend you come by and give the place a look. We have been very happy.
