I recently moved into this complex during the time management was changing. When I signed for the apartment the old management was still here but by the time I actually moved in the new management took over. Since I moved in, the new management had the sidewalks and hallways power washed, had the dryer vents cleaned (from the roof) and have been making other improvements. I love how they are already taking care of things the last company obviously neglected.
I have lived in a couple different apartment complexes before and the sound level is average. I can hear my neighbors but nothing too bad. Usually everyone around me is mindful about keeping the sound level down around "bedtime". I have also noticed the complex is very relaxed. I don't know if I just got lucky with the location of my unit but, I haven't had any loud neighbors or noticed any parties.
I absolutely love living here from the office staff, to my respectful neighbors and a clean complex, I couldn't ask for anything else!
