My husband, mother and I stopped in on 1-13-24, looking for an apartment for my mom. We were greeted by Valerie, she was so amazing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was very patient with us and all the questions we asked. She gave us a tour and all the information that we needed about the apartment, property and the area. We toured 5 other places that day, Valerie and her kindness made Serafina stand out to us, not to mention they are beautiful apartments in a nice area. It goes to show that a little kindness, a bright smile, and a genuine willingness to help can make a HUGE difference.

The people in the office are very nice and have great customer service. The apartment is very nice. They keep the gym, pool and common are very clean.

I just moved here and I have no complaints so far! I had some minor issues but they stayed on top of it and fixed the problem. So far so good!

I have been here 15 years and under various managemnet organizations. The current management does a really good overall job in grounds maintenance and work orders. Very satisfied
